Year of 2013. March. Whilst cherries has been blossoming in Japan – Pinta in Poland has been fermenting the very first portion of Oto Mata IPA. We have decided to use rice, very light malts and some hops from the Antipodes. We have made beer which looks very gently, but is harsh and strong in character. This is how we see Japan. This is how Oto Mata IPA looks like.
