An extremely quaffable beer with a distinct bitterness, rich aroma and light caramel notes. The rye malts add a gentle peppery feel to the malty flavour. Strong American hops were added mostly at the end of the boil and after the end of fermentation, allowing us to capture most of the hops’ character. You can feel citrusy, tropical and woody aromas.
