Together with our friends at the Silesian Vineyard, we decided to serve you something that straddles the lines between beer and wine. We added a generous amount of freshly harvested Regent grapes to our fourteen-month-old wild ale. The beer spent over five months in their presence, resulting in Enology 2024 Regent. The aroma features notes of red wine with a distinct “funky” accent. This unpasteurized beer is naturally refermented in the bottle.
