Starting with a robust, but not fully-roasted malt base, with smooth notes of bitter, dark baking chocolate and softened black coffee powder hints, glazing dark biscuits, then boasting a heavy hop charge of some beautiful American classics – Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe. A dense coating of thickened resins, pine needles and bitter, pithy grapefruit peel, with subtle notes of canned tropical fruit.
