Oud Beersel Yuzu Peel Infused Lambic Beer Box 3,1l

Yuzu is an Asian citrus fruit, known for its intense aromatic character. It is frequently used in Japanse cuisine, providing a tart and fragrant flavour, resembling that of the grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.

We were able to get our hands on some dried Yuzu peel, straight from a producer in the land of the rising sun.

We used the peel to infuse a balanced 18-month-old Lambic and the result is perfect for the warm summer days: fruity, slightly sour and very refreshing.
