Original Tucher Nuremberg Red Beer reflects the Nuremberg brewing tradition and is brewed according to a unique recipe. Using four malt varieties, this red beer is brewed as a full-bodied beer and a strong beer. The powerful strong beer is stored in oak barrels for fine maturation. After the maturation period, the brewmasters use sensory analysis to determine whether, and more importantly, which wood-barrel-aged strong beer can be blended with the full-bodied beer. The result is a balanced, yet powerfully vibrant red beer of a special kind.
