Black
The initial flavor is sweet, reminiscent of chocolate syrup. In the mid-palate, a mildly salty, mineraly peated whisky note appears. The finish is very long-lasting, adding a soft alcoholic warmth to the flavors already present.
Nose: The aroma is bold and intense, hitting the nose as soon as the bottle is opened. Smooth smoky whisky and milk chocolate are the first notes to emerge. In the background, hints of cinnamon, vanilla, and white pepper play along.
Appearance: The beer is dark brown (almost black) in color. When poured, it forms a thin brownish head that dissipates quickly.
